Hair Length Guide

Hair length helps us determine the time, technique and tools needed for your service. Our length guide is based on how much hair we’re working with, not gender or labels.

Short hair typically sits above the ears or neckline and is maintained mainly with clippers or short scissor work. Medium length includes hair that falls around the ears, jaw or collar and usually requires a combination of scissor and styling techniques. Long hair sits past the collarbone and often requires additional time for cutting, shaping and finishing.
